Born of a collaboration with Yorkshire’s finest purveyor’s of smoked goods – Farsley Fire & Smoke. This is Yoyo Pineapple, chilli, and roasted pepper hot sauce, a vibrant condiment that balances sweet, spicy, and smokey flavours. Limited run of 500 bottles.

Fresh pineapple adds tropical sweetness and acidity, while the scotch bonnet chillis provide warmth and heat and finished with the roasted peppers providing a rich flavour, enhancing the sauce’s depth. A perfect accompaniment to Yorkshire’s finest pulled pork, brisket or fried chicken crafted by the Fire & Smoke team.
